My credo
Keep your mind like an umbrella, it only works if its open... Continually learning.
Well, actually misty spits. I pulled into my driveway today and parked when steam started to come out from under the hood. Shut the truck off, popped the hood and saw coolant everywhere on the front half of the engine bay. The culprit looks to be one of the heater hoses has a split and sprays right on the alt. Go figure.

So after looking at the condition of the other heater and radiator hoses they need replacement. I looked around but was unable to see if there were any more coolant hoses and by-pass hoses. So are there only the 4 hoses (2 heater and upper/lower rad hoses) or are there any others I need to dig in and replace?

Any help is appreciated.
