Stop right there, I don’t want to know where else you plan on hooking that thing up to!
Dont be gross! This ain't the tailgate!
Back on topic, my pain is entirely muscular. Whatever you wanna call it, cramped, stiff, spasms or whatnot it's in my muscles and this thing just seems to unlock them as good as taking a handful of muscle relaxers. I dunno how well it would work on pain related to stuff like actual spinal or bone pain/injury but for me this thing is an amazing drug free option.
What I've learned so far...
The pads suck. Only put them on twice and the stickiness is already gone but I didnt exactly clean my back before I put them on so I'm sure the hair and grease dont help.
Any cuts, wounds, even a pimple makes the electricity jolt through your skin and stings like hell.
It doesn't work while charging but the battery seems good. I did two 30 minute sessions with the intensity at about halfway up and it still had over 50% left.
There are a ton of different modes and the second time I did it, I scrolled through and changed it every couple minutes. This seems to work better than leaving it on one setting the whole time.
Moving around while it's running changes how it works. Say if your laying down with it on and then get up it can kinda catch you off guard because the intensity or sensation changes. (I'm assuming this is because your skin moves the pads around) The pads send the shock between each other so moving them closer or farther apart changes how they work.
The one I got is aparently not just "TENS" but also "EMS" I dunno which does which or what that means but this thing digs in deep. On the "knead" setting it really feels like a fat woman rubbing her elbow deep into your back and not just some tingly crap.
