Supercharged SOHC 4L modbox adapter with Eaton SC. Has only 3000K, built from a bare block up. Built right, ready for boost. Put 300+HP to the ground at around 10 PSI boost. Professionally built by a member out of Utah. Had it ready to go in my truck until it was totaled, so now I have no application for it. I have well over $2000 into it, but with this economy I got to get it out of the garage.

$700 gets it all the full long block, tuner, ECU/ECM, extra supercharger belt, and keys so the PATS isn’t a problem.
In NorCAL (95357)- you pick up or pay to ship. (There is well over $2K I to this motor)

How much of a pain in the butt would a swap be into a 1st gen ranger that had a 2.9 4x4 standard in it? Could you pm me? Also what manual trans would be a direct hookup?
Sorta interested since my 2.9 is on it's way out, but would need to be able to swap this in quickly if I were to pick it up from you. Since I already have to many long term projects.

Do you have ac? It's about the same size as a 5.0.

You would ideally run a m5od and center force clutch. But it can work with your current trans....but if you use the power....any rbv trans is not long lived in expectation....

Tuning could be an issue. As it's running condition is unknown.

not for me
I'm interested. This should be a direct bolt in to an 08 with 4x4 and 5 speed correct? The other hurdle, anyone know a place that ships internationally? Depending on shipping price it might be worth it. I'm in Germany so the shipping is most likely a deal breaker. I've looked into fedex and they want a credit card just to get a shipping quote! kinda stupid.

Nope no ac, I only have all four windows down at 35 mph for my "ac". I found a couple of m5od trans locally. Now I have to talk to the op to see how much shipping would be and what else is I would need for the swap.

I don't know about Germany, with the current gas issues across Europe I'm sure that the shipping cost would be insane. I had to get some fuel injectors from Finland a few weeks ago and the shipping was $75 dollars.... For a couple of fuel injectors.

If I threw this in a ranger would it be CA smog compliant? Is the supercharger CARB compliant?

It's probably a good thing California is so long.. This is tempting!
