So I'm starting to think I want to do some paint work to my faded and clearcoat peeling on truck. I have looked a little, but can not find another one with same graphics as mine. I believe from factory they came with vinyl graphics, mine is painted on "which I know took some time". I like the looks of the graphics and might try and keep them, or maybe order a vinyl set. It is a 1991, any thoughts or ideas??

If it was painted on before, why can't you paint it on again. If someone else did it, so can you.
Pictures, measurements, templates...

This coming from someone who has never painted before, so take it with a grain of "WTF do you know."
But if you have the balls to paint the entire truck, it shouldn't be that much more difficult to do the striping as well.

Other more knowledgeable folks will be along with more realistic opinions.

Not sure I've seen that stripe before... but really nice truck.

@BlackBII check this one out. Maybe you have something to add in help finding another graphic kit?

Yeah that stripe tape looks a bit different than the regular '91-92 one. The font on the STX and the fact it's painted on makes it look like an aftermarket job. A really good one!

What year is your truck?

There is one on Rearcounter. I would call and verify the size; 6ft vs 7ft, and the color. The last two digits usually indicate color and size. AJ, BJ, CJ, etc

I would also have them open the box and make sure it's all there and it's the correct one

91-92 Had this tape, part number F1TZ1020000BJ - Not sure on the colors. I know they had a silver set and a tan/brown set

89-90 Had this tape, part number, E9TZ1020000DD - I'll have to check on the colors, red and silver/black
