Hi guys -
I’ve got a persistent clunk and metallic groan from the passenger wheel well, and I’ve been chasing it for months; I’m about ready to cave and go to a mechanic. So far, I’ve done U/L ball joints, inner and outer tie rods, the pass. side radius arm bushing, and new front brake pads (as well as a new soft brake line on that side). Truck’s been aligned since, but it’s getting scary, as it felt like it ‘stumbled’ on a right hand turn today, and there’s a spot on the spindle bracket that looks like it might have been scraped of rust by contacting the I beam. Does this sound like anything in particular? I’m at the end of my rope/considering doing ball joints again
Edit: just to clarify, this is the 93 Ranger with the Dana 35.
