Well, I have now rested on an box design but the Cu.Ft. is only .781 cu.ft. How much stuffing would I have to use to bring that up to .9 cu.Ft.?

i'm not sure it's an exact science.... you can't make the box any bigger?

Nope, I have maxed out all dimensions.

youll want to use .75- 1 lb of stuffing

but prolly closer to .75 if it were me
