Stuck rear shock absorber bolt

My passenger side rear shock absorber bolt has decided that it doesn't want to come out; I got the nut off and the bolt spins but that's about it. I soaked it in PB Blaster and then smacked it with a sledge, but no dice.

Any ideas anyone has?

Grinder and cut off wheel...

The bushing sleeve is seized on the bolt... try a bit of heat maybe... but you will likely set the bushing on fire.

cut the bolt head off, and as much of the threaded end as you can. Spread the shock mount a bit and remove.
