Stuck rear door.

I'm sure this is a common problem, and has been discussed before. 2002 Ranger, 4D Super Cab, has driver's side rear door stuck. Cable OK, dash warning on, interior light on. My question: are the door panels the usual force-on with clips, and can be carefully pried off....? And where is the best place to obtain a replacement latch...?

PS: have already tried the Liquid Wrench, Penetrating Oil procedures.
