Black Widow exhaust did prerunner fenders and bedsides on their S10:
I like it. But you have to fill the fenders out with some really wide tires, and most prerunner fenders raise the front wheel opening, so you've got to lower the hell of of the truck to fill the wheel opening and not look too ridiculous. Otherwise your truck ends up looking like a before picture:
It's also going to be relatively costly.
You're probably going to have $1k in lowering stuff (drop kit + shocks + alignment)
4 10" wide wheels are going to be $500 on the low end, and $infinity on the high end
4 tires that fit your wide wheels (295 or wider) will be every bit of $1k, and closer to $2k if you want decent ones
Fenders will be $400-800, and you can either bulge the stock bedsides, or switch to fiberglass prerunner parts for another $400-800
Then you get to paint/wrap them to match, which can be cheap rattle cans for a few hundred, or pro body shop for $2k+
So, the only way to do this and not look ridiculously dumb is to go full send and do it all. If you do things on the cheap, you're still likely to spend $4k or more, and the cost can easily shoot up if you're buying more expensive wheels or tires, or having a body shop get it looking right.
