The rust sucks.

But you get used to the cold.

Ill walk outside to get the mail when its 10* with a t shirt on

When I still had a paper route, I got used to the cold. Now, after so many years of desert deployments, deployments to other hot climate locations, and decades of being a mechanic, not so much anymore. Cold, especially wet cold, just plain hurts.

my hands especially just cant take the cold anymore, but I can still take the long walk to the mailbox & back in shorts during the winter- if I have a hat & coat on.
