Yup.

Will need all the stepside stuff to go with and that may vary though (bumper, fuel filler etc)

Not sure on lighting, they did change tail lights in that time frame too (amber signals to red signals)

You can likely just put the newer tail lights in the older bed, I think the fastening was the same on both...

But yeah, will need a different fuel neck or shorten your stock one, get the one for the bed and combine the two, will likely have to cut something shorter or order a new filler tube which are available fairly easy...

The filler neck on the 94 will not fit on the 03. Completely different. However you can just cut the tube shorter and it fits perfectly.

The taillights from a flare side will fit in a style side, but the plugs are oriented differently, so they don’t fit very well. I recommend getting the tail lights and wiring harness from the step side to make it easy.

I did this with a 96 bed on 03
