Spindle lift road noise

I purchased a 4” spindle lift for my 02 coil ranger
lift part number 703030B https://maxtracstore.com/2001-2009-f...xtrac-703030b/
After installing on test drive I get a loud road noise (roaring) like a bad wheel bearing, I replaced all wheel bearings and still have the sound
I put the old spindles back on and noise goes away …
I noticed on the new spindles after driving on them for only a couple minutes some heat rings as seen in photos

Any idea what could cause the road noise?

Also any tips for removing bolts from leaf spring shackle??? Spent several hours with no luckBBD849D4-C53C-4ECA-8C1D-AF3285C42477.jpeg

for the big ring that looks like the inside of the hub was rubbing on the shaft. the smaller ring would require exploratory surgery.
I would be worried the smaller ring may have weakened the metal.
on the spring bolt pics would help, the plan of attack depends your unique situation. are you getting new shackles? so the old ones can be sacrificed?

since I don't have a torch set this is what I've done a few times.
on most bushings the inner sleeve has a slit from front to back. you can pound a screwdriver into that slot to open it up.
that isn't easy and the screwdriver won't survive.

grind the head off the bolt, including the small radius, then put a flanged nut with washers on the threaded end. try not to use a lock/friction nut.
USE LOTS OF GREASE, then crank away, impact preferred.
most likely it won't move much.
get lots of tension on the nut then whack the other end with a punch or whatever. crank away again, whack again, rinse & repeat.
add washers as the bolt pulls out exposing the non-threaded shank.

the washers or whatever you use must be small enough to block the inner sleeve, if too big this will just pull the sleeve out of the rubber.

good luck, I'm in the rust belt and those bolts ain't easy to get out.
