I know older rangers used a wyrm gear setup, newer ones used the ABS sensors, but there seems to be a weird gap from 2001-2003 in which they use a VSS sensor on the output shaft of the transmission.
I have forscan downloaded using the free extended license, I'm able to detect and open up the PCM, and GEM, but I have no idea what I'm looking at, nor what values if any ought to be changed, the speedo is not too far off since the tire's I went to are pretty similar in diameter. (well actually the needle itself is 20kph off but that's unrelated to values in the truck).
Any help as always is greatly appreciated, I can post pictures once I'm done work.
Thanks!
