Specific recommendation for TV Tuner capture card?

For a computer with Windows7Pro and multiple free PCIe x 1 slots.


I had a good PCI TV tuner card that I was happy with under XP,
but I cannot find a driver to make that card work in Win7

an anolog NTSC card with F-connectors will work as I'm "out in the boonies"
and depend on my Cable which comes into the house via fiber optic but is converted to NTSC analog cable by their black box.

My son is using an ati usb tuner on 7pro. it receives atsc signals but I can't remember if it also receives ntsc so I guess I'm not much help.
