Sneaked it out one more time last weekend. There was a family of ducks and a herein on the lake to greet us as we pulled in.

Supper was a Pinterest thing. Some kind of sauce, noodles, sliced ring bologna and broccoli. She cooked it on the stove while I set up camp, it was really good.

Fan vent was pretty much amazing.

Neat sunrise saturday morning

They were talking severe weather Saturday afternoon. Apple sized hail, 70mph winds etc. So after work I beat it back to camp and slipped the vent cover on that showed up last week and dropped the top and latched it. Also basically packed up camp and stuff it all into the camper so it didn't blow away.

Not complaining but we totally missed the bad stuff, the truck was wet when we got back but nothing happened.

So we grilled steak, twice baked potatoes and pepper poppers.

And it was a clear night when I went to bed at midnight.

A shower moved thru at 5:30 so we zipped up the sides of the windows... and the vent fan kept on keeping on. Cover worked great.

And back home to unpack. Not sure if we will get it out again or not. Getting kind of warm out from here on out.
