Seems like a cracked head

I pulled my motor because I was leaking coolant out of the back of the motor from somewhere I couldn’t see with the block in the truck. Oil was normal, coolant was coolant, when the block was out I noticed it looked like it was seeping out of the corner of the head gasket so I pulled the head and the gasket looked normal to me. The only thing that stood out was the head bolt in that corner was soaked and the bolt hole was full of what looked like rusty water. I’m assuming I cracked the head between the coolant channel and that head bolt. Never done this much work into an engine before so I’d like some input, any other ideas on something I might be missing?

Machine shop can pressure test the head, $40
They clamp a flat metal plate with gasket on the bottom of the head(sealing coolant passages to block)and then seal one coolant passage on side of head(to intake) and then apply air pressure to the other passage, then see if it holds.
Doesn't take very long
They can then test each spark plug hole if there was a leak, to see if its a cylinder leak or not

4.0l OHV heads are known to crack if overheated, but in the cylinders between valve seats, haven't come across cracks any where else on these.
4.0l SOHC didn't have that issue

Did that head bolt's hole go into the blocks coolant passages?
On some engine models you have to apply sealant to the treads of some head bolts that penetrate the cooling jackets in the block
