Hey guys I’m building a 92 SAS ranger and I’m going to build a flat bed for it. There was a hole in the gas tank so I’ve removed it and have a 15 gallon fuel cell I’m going to run on the flat bed. My question is what in-line pump do I need. Yes I’ve searched and can’t really get a straight answer on fuel pressure and flow rate. The fuel cell doesn’t have a sump so would I need to run a smaller pump to pull fuel up and out to feed the high pressure pump to run the engine? Any help is greatly appreciated

THIS PUMP will do anything you want... it's super overkill but should work fine, the regulator is on the fuel rail so it should return the fuel that the engine doesn't need... mount the fuel pump close to the fuel cell so it doesn't have to pull fuel very far as they push better than pull...

My credo
the grey-t escape
I once used a inline pump when the stock pump died, it was able to pull fuel through the dead original pump. It did have difficulty below 1/4 tank though. The closer to your fuel tank with the inline pump-the better it will work.
