I have a question which depending on the outcome may make my life a bit easier.

I'm currently planning my draglink and trackbar while waiting for my RuffStuff brackets and my pitman from PlumCrazy. So far it seems everyone says it's best to mock these up when the truck is sitting at ride height.

Due to not knowing the exact placement of my upper coil buckets, I have no clue what my ride height is yet.

Now for the actual question:

"With my radius arms bolted up, can I safely let the truck sit on just springs without having the track bar mounted?"

If you are worried about it cross strap it with a couple ratchet straps.

Haha that's amazing. I burst out laughing just imagining that. Thankfully my truck doesn't need to roll. I just need to mock up the steering.

What he said^
Mine sat that way for a day or 2 while waiting on weld gas, and the snow to melt, to get my trackbar in.

It will want to fall over. Just use common sense, and be safe.
