... right rear corner, near the blower motor, wondering if this is a "Florida thing", i.e. humid air condensing due to icy A/C air moving nearby?...
>>> Can I access the backside of this from the wheel wells if I remove the fender skirts? Figured I'd grind/nibble it out, hit the surrounding areas with Dupli-Color Rust Fix ("turns rust to black primer"), and patch with plastic screen + epoxy putty (PC-7 is my fave)... suggestions???
