Rough Ride after 2in coil lift.

Just by adding lift coils... unless you altered the travel up or down stops... you added ZERO travel to the suspension. You would still use stock length shocks... because the up and down stops are unchanged. Stock length shocks are designed to work within those limits.

Adding a 3 inch longer shock... it is no wonder it is destroying the mounts.

Measure what you have now, from eye to eye. Collapsed and extended. Itll give you something to reference when looking for one's that'll work

It's probably OK if you use upper control arms that are modified for the lift. Best thing is a complete engineered lift kit that addresses the whole suspension and steering system.

Gotcha. I figured a shock with a shock with a lift range of "1 - 3" that a 2in coil lift = a happy medium. But I digress I'm learning and obvious have a lot more to learn. I appreciate the input. Thank you.

i hope you are able to get it back on the road with little cost. hopefully those shock mount bolts are easy to fix

They will break in. Going off road will speed up the process.

Alright forgot to post a update. I ended up taking a old nut and screwed it up on the LCA shock mounts and hammered them all back into place. Ended up getting these guys and they work for stock suspension, and they fit like a glove. The ride is still a little stiff but that's what I expect with the coils. But maaan is the ride way smoother than the old shocks. Still feeling them out but it's getting better. Next step is skid plate order, replace the UCA camber bolts/plates so I can get an alignment and new shoes. Was able to get the bumper on during my 48hr shift. Looking like every other truck but it's mine. I appreciate all the help fellers.
