Road trip help, guys

Hey there. So, I'm going to be driving from Haines, Alaska, down into Washington state in about two weeks, and I realized while I was calculating gas prices that I have no idea how much gas is costing in Canada, particularly since you guys use liters and we use gallons.

How much does it typically cost you to fill up your Ranger?

way too much! in vancouver BC, which is just north of washington state, gas i think is around 1.27 a liter right now... where i live here (calgary) it's 1.07 and it costs me about 80 to fill it... so in vancouver, about 100$, however gas is about 2/3 the price just across the line in blaine, and if you drive to bellingham, it drops another 5-10c a gallon i think it is

easy math. 1 us gallon = 3.7854 Litres

when i did my road trip west, i calculated for $1.50/Litre. extra money is always good.

are you driving back to alaska after?

the banner can always do the opposite route of what i was planning... alaska, down to calgary, then east to ontario... there's 3 of us in "calgary" though i have no idea who the 3rd is, he never posts any more, though he logs in every so often... i forget his user name

Sorry guys, I'm not planning on driving back. I'm flying back for Christmas, but I'm movin back down into the lower 48. But, if it gets to AK before the 13th of October, I'll be happy to bring it back down for ya.
