Buddy at work has 4 2006 Ford Explorer Bfgoodrich Advantage 275/65R18 Bolt Pattern 5x114. 3 rims... Will they fit my 2006 Ford Ranger 3L?

I'm not positive... but I think the back spacing is a bit different.

You can look here to see if it's helpful.

Are they both 4x4? If so, yes, if yours is a 4x2 they might be a bit tall but I haven't done the math...

You will want to add an adapter of somewhere in the 1" range depending on how close you want the tire to be positioned compared to stock.

And I always suggest putting on 4 rims at a time.

If you've got a 4x4 you can bolt them on, but those wheels aren;t going to have nearly enough backspace or offset to look/fit right. For reference, I've had the next gen Explorer 18s on my truck and a 2001 4x4, but the wheel specs are practically the same.

If you have a 2wd, you are most likely going to require a spacer for the wheels to clear the spindle.

Even with the 4wd truck I needed a 1" wheel spacer/adapter for them to sit right on the truck. That pushes them out to sitting about the same as the stock wheels.

That tire size equates to a 32" tire so if you have torsion bars you'll probably want to crank them up a little for clearance. If you have coil springs, you'll probably need a lift to clear them.
