SN95 hubs on the front and two Ranger right side shafts in the rear will get you 5 lug.
Grr. I and I ditched a few 7.5s in the last two years.

Yes, SN95 stuff will work. I am going to the New Edge stuff for the better calipers. I also like the sealed bearings. It does put the geometry off a bit, so caster camber plates are a must (forgot to mention I am doing those as well, lol). For the rear I have the two Ranger shafts, and also have Ranger drums. I'm not doing a rear disc conversion yet. I can't remember what years the Ranger drums were, but I can get that info if you need it.... just need the 11 inch drums on 5 X 4.5 though.

Last night I went to bolt up my oil screen/pickup tube, and found that I was told the wrong information. I was told by one of the large Mustang part houses that the 5.0 tube will work..... Brrrrt! Wrong. Called Ford Racing this morning and he said I need to get the tube out of a 79-91 Crown Vic with a 351. It's a Melling 83-S1 if anyone should need that info in the future. The Ford P/N is D9AZ-6622-B.

Anyway.... yeah, no alien abduction here, AD. I moved from out of Salt Lake last July and am in Tooele County now. I'm sure BlackBII knows where that is. Well, one day it dawned on me that I can now do whatever I feel like to this car, and not have to pass a sniffer because Tooele County does not have emissions. The state of Utah also just abolished safety inspection.... which I have mixed feelings about, but that also killed the visual inspections. It's very nice to go pay the taxes and get a sticker now, lol.

85, I know what you mean. I am mostly doing this for the brake upgrade. Unfortunately, the only "upgrade" you can get for the 4 luggers is better pads, lol. I do really like the Cobra R's though. I got them from a guy locally for a killer deal (150 bucks).

Doh..... you also need to run a spacer on the ball joint. I think it is Maximum Motorsports that sells spacers, but I am going to probably make some. I also have to make spacers to drop down the sway bar brackets.

Got the 28 ounce dampener last night that will allow me to use the Fox Body FEAD. PB1060SS in the part number for anyone needing that in the future. It is SFI certified, BTW.

I really just want 5-lug for the better wheel choices. Get some 15" wheels off a newer Mustang, or some old Craigers.

And I think you mean 10", which wouldn't help me much. Mine's an LX, so 7.5 and 9" drums.

They did make some nice looking wheels for foxes though.

Turbines and Ponies like Shane's are nice options for the later ones.

I would love to snag a four eye sometime.

Yeah, I know mine is a 9" because it has the ribbed drums. It stops easy enough, so I am not too worried about brake upgrades right now, and I actually prefer working on the 9" over the 10".

I like Shane's wheels. I don't like the ones on mine.

I have these ugly bastards:

I have seen some pics of nice looking Foxs with SN197 Craigars. I like the way they look.

This is basically mine, with a darker red, and a scoop hood. And less rust.

Ahhhh.... the 10 hole rims, AKA "phone dial" rims. I have two of those. I use them to hold the car up (under the tires) when it's going to be in the air for a while, lol. They do rather nicely in the regard.

I need something to hold a car up for an extended period.

I have to tear the trans back out of the 64 now. Just when I thought I was almost done the high-reverse clutch doesn't work. Well, it works a little bit.

Ok, when you said 15" wheels off a newer Mustang I was thinking V6 SN95 wheels and wondering if even those were 15's.

No, those I think are 17s, but I see sets of 4 for sale often around here, I can usually get a set of wheels with decent half-tread tires for $300-400.

I have two sets of wheels. I really like these.... I friend of mine gave these to me off of his 2007 Mustang. The tires were almost new and too tall for my Mustang, so the tires got used up on the Escape, lol.

And these are the Cobra R's that I picked up cheap.

The R's are going on first.

Ze flywheel iz here! Really nice piece.... It's a 28 ounce Fidanza for a 10.5" clutch. The King Cobra clutch (stage 2) should be here tomorrow.

More schtuff.....

The 5.0 pickup tube does not work here.... as you can see, there'a about 5/8" gap between the flange and the pump, not to mention to bolt hole are clocked differently...

The fix.... a 79 Crown Vic pickup tube.

Now the pan goes on!

The clutch disc....

King Cobra pressure plate...
