Working on a 92 Ford Ranger with a bad vacuum modulator. Now I looking for some hints, tips and smart advice. I removed my old mod from the access panel under my carpeting. Not too difficult a task, but putting a new one in is giving me fits. I have no trouble placing the mod into the hole it was removed from, but getting enough pressure on it to push it fully back into place is proving to be difficult. Should it take a fair amount of pressure or am I doing it wrong? Is there an easy, simple way to pop that mod back in?
