Before I even considered repainting I assessed all the rubber around the truck and decided the only thing I needed was lower window strips. I ordered those from LMC and paid the highway robbery to the ferry man....
In the process of repainting I took the headlights+buckets out and determined the headlight "retainer" (not the ABS bulb retainer - the rubber part between light and trim) is a definite replace too.
So.... LMC seems to be once again the only option.
Is there any other rubber I am overlooking that I am bound to have to replace and should just get now?

Is there another vendor for these cheap $5 parts that doesn't want 33% shipping?

You can try NOS, but the price is probably going to be higher. Then again, maybe not depending on hot shiping is hitting you. The NOS ones I found in a quick google search, one side was going to be higher than both sides from LMC.

Possibly try some place that specalizes in obsolete ford parts like Green Sales Company? I doubt they will be better, but doesn't cost much to check.

Ford part numbers:
E9TZ-13B185-A Headlamp Lens Retainer Ring, Left 89-90
E9TZ-13B184-A Headlamp Lens Retainer Ring, Right 89-90

Sorry, aside from the usual suspects like door seals and window run channel, I've not really got anything to add to your rubber list.

What about grill to hood and hood to cowl seals? Don't know if that generation Ranger has them, but some trucks do.
Maybe hood bumpers and stops if they are deteriorated? Door bumpers, like for the fuel door, go missing or break fairly often too. Not weather stripping, but if they're deteriorated a bigger order might help spread out that shipping cost from LMC.

I know you said that you don't need the ABS bulb retainers, but if you did, I like to get Dorman replacements from the local parts store. They have some that are half the height of the originals. Doesn't matter much for regular incandescent bulbs, but if you wanted to run a brighter LED they give more clearance for the cooling fans.

Thanks much, had not thought of Green Sales or the fuel door bumper... unfortunately Green Sales is out of stock.... Now going through my plastic parts and thinking about what else I might add before I click finalize.. (I for sure need seatbelt "trim" - converted the old bench, and it has a weird connector for the driver since it used to share the middle seat.) Appreciate the info and help.
