where would be the best place to get a engine gasket kit for my 3.0L? im looking to replace all the gaskets and seals in the motor. my trucks gonna be jacked up for a good bit, due to having to change the rear axle out, so any recommendations are welcome. im also trying to find info on if its worth changing the stock cooling fan to a electric cooling fan.

Electric fans might pick you up a few ponies but they cant cool as well as a mechanical fan. They cant move nearly as much air.

As far as gaskets i usually buy felpros,

I've been impressed with Rock Auto as a source for gaskets/seals as well as a myriad other parts

+1 for RockAuto and for Felpro. Ebay can come up with surprising deals from time to time but I would check RockAuto first.

Felpro is my favorite, too. Victor-Reinz seems like good stuff as well.

Be aware that the automatic transmission has to come out to replace the 3.0L oil pan gasket with 4WD, at least so for my 2002 4WD Ranger. Probably necessary as well if you want to stop all the oil leaks, again, at least so for my 2002.
