I'm about to buy a 2001 ranger supercab 4x4 auto it needs a rear frame replacement I've done one before And thought it was pretty easy. I can get one on craigslist cheap but it's from a 2009 regular cab manual. Will it fit? The guy from Craigslist says it will anyone know for sure?

try a search. I recall reading a post that the rears are all the same, its the fronts that differ to accommodate the cabs.
the frame splice is at the front spring perches, not sure if long bed vs regular bed is different.

2009 they started with the 8 bolts in the bed, not sure if the 6 bolt holes on pre 09 will line up or not.
