Rear Drum Brake Issue

I have no idea why this keeps sticking! I have taken it apart and put it back together about 10 times now...sanded all contact points, greased the hell out of it and the boot still gets stuck! Any advice?

Don't feel bad! If only the rest of our Ranger problems were so easily fixed!

well, that wasn't even the real problem. The real problem was a major loss in power, can barely make it up my driveway. Had some smoke coming out of the wheelwells and it smelled like burnt brakes, so that's what prompted me to tear into that. I went through all the brakes hoping it would be as simple as that...but apparently that's not the issue.
