Ford is offering a "Rattler" edition of the F-150. Basically ax XL with "some"FX4 stuff, with a wheel/tire package, & dual exhaust. They call it a "value play". Will the Ranger and/or Maverick get a "Rattler" edition. Not that we need ANOTHER off road variant of either.

I don't think it's the full FX4 package. the description said "some of the equipment" of the FX4 package. So it's like a stripped down Tremor as far as I can tell. I get so confused as to what equipment comes with a trim and then add on packages which basically makes it almost the same as the next trim up. Especially when it comes to "off road" stuff. I think @dvdswan may have answered my "Is it worth it" question.

Aperently Dodge has a similar product already out. I forget what they called it but it gets Special Black Wheels with some Aggressive tread Tires.

If they do it like the Ranger, you have to get the STX package in order to get the FX4 package.
