There was at least one first gen in a Stranger Things episode.

I think there was one in Escanaba in Da Moonlight as well. Despite that movie taking place in the early 80s there was also a 97+ F-150 and an Expedition.
Absolutely a great movie!!!!

I was probably the only person annoyed at the theater that they showed three American Rangers in Africa in that movie.

Nice bumpers though.
African-American Rangers?

Went back and started "Walking Dead" from the 1st season. Lots of old trucks in there. When they get to the Farm (2nd season), there is an old blue ford they're driving. Couple of old square body chebbies too. but lots of Rangers salt and peppered throughout the series.

African-American Rangers?
I think that is backwards since it is going the other way?

I figured if anything the global Ranger would be more likely to be there, not the one only sold in the Americas.

That blue ford was a 62-64 IIRC as it didnt have Twin I beams.

Didnt hershel have a 2nd gen club cab sitting with weeds growing around it on his farm?

I think the ranger was discontinued in the American market when that movie was made and released. So not sure how the product placement guys worked that out.... they where probably the cheapest thing to put in a short scene previously a fleet vehicle from auto zone or advanced....

That tail gate and bed doesn't belong to that 60's truck.

Thats a square body.... they flash it quickly in one scene when they are on the porch the next one was the 60's truck...

looks like a 67-73 Bumpside Ford from the tailgate, definitely not the earlier generation in the top pic

You guys are right. My bad. The eariler one doesnt have the raised ridge on top of the tailgate, the 67-72 does similar to the 73-79

Nice 2nd Gen BII in several episodes of season 3 of Absentia. I certainly wouldn't mind having one that nice sitting in the yard.
