Hello,

So recently in the past month i redid the timing on my 2.3l ford ranger engine after that I started noticing surging in my idle only under load and my sensor read ok I am getting 180 psi compression I put new plugs and ignition coil on it and it only act sluggish when it warms up at around 2k rpm and i kinda lose power after 4 a bit also my fuel consumption is through the roof any idea what it could be no codes besides a bank 1 second o2 sensor running lean but I have checked for vacumm leaks and have found none I replaced my pcv vacumm host with no luck
