I have had a constant Powersteering leak for years now. Nothing more then adding a little fluid at each oil change. Last week i noticed a small puddle under the passenger side. I saw that fluid was dripping from the tie rod. Now i have to fill the fluid almost daily to keep up with the leak. I would like to belive there is a seal that i can replace on the Rack & Pinion or do i just have to break down and buy a new Rack?

Well, you might be massively lucky and just have a bad seal. But more likely, there is a worn bushing that is letting the seal distort. More than likely, the rack is loose (internally) and you need a new one for that reason.
