All mounted up, sits way further back and low compared to the 4.0 V6

That is some serious bracing you got goin on....you ever gonna build a dash in that thing?

Now I really look forward to seeing this beast in action. Do I really wanna ride in this now its got a v8 and the way you drive, you betcha.
For sure man! We are adding a lot to the cage right now then building a dash. Also making new radius arm mounts and moving the beams forward to run 35s.. Can't wait.

Radius arm mounts are way beefier than the old ones.

And what I am most excited about:

We hacked off the Camburg engine cage and are building a whole new cage going through the firewall to the cab cage.

What engine and gears did you have at that time? And how was it with paddles?

Paddles made a huge difference. In that pic the truck had a 4.0 ohv motor with auto trans and 5.88 gears.

That's a lot of gear. I'm just wondering if I'm going to have the grunt to spin em up if I ever get back out there.

I did fine out there with the 2.3.. It can be done, just gotta keep some momentum.

Got some spare/mock up 35" tires. Can't wait to see it sitting on bigger tires.

With paddles or just all terrains? I didn't have any problem with the 3.0 and grabbers in Glamis unless I stopped.
