Quick time 4.0 bellhousing compatibility

Has anyone tried this bellhousing with a 2.8?
Would a Mustang 3650 be compatible with this housing?

In 2005 the mustangs used the 4.0 SOHC engine and they also came with 5 speeds. I would think that would be a place to get your swap going. I am not totally sure about the 4.0 SOHC bellhousing. I think it will fit the 2.8 but not totally sure. Here are some places in California with the 2005-up 5 speed that was behind the 4.0 SOHC engine.
