you could use some 2" conduit and a tube bender that would be about the same price. could be painted up good and would look better than pvc. again, it would be a light bar only andif you're short on funds and there is nothing on craig's list, that might be an option.

Thinking lights would look better mounted on grill guard or Bull bar

My credo
Confused and Intolerant
if your going to do something for lights, get some PVS, make a square the size of your roof, with a split center, so its 3 rows of pipe in a square, and install it down to the roof of the cab using Velcro (no joke), and install the lights in the center, its a temporary too.

A PVC roll bar would be pointless... it would be expensive, breakable, flimsey, and be a hazard after going so fast.

normally i'd say that this idea is so bad that it doesn't even justify a response from me.........but i am concerned enough that i feel the need to tell you that following through with this idea will doom our entire species

Lol, if you want to loose some perfectly good lights first time you get rolling at at good speed.

If your looking for a CHEAP way, go to an exhaust shop give them the demensions and have them bend it for you - would be sturdy enough to mount, and sturdy enough to mount your lights on, but that's about it.
