In theory, theory and practice are the same. In practice, they are different.

Real quick. I know those sway bars are going to change once I let it down on the tires correct? Do I need to go back and re tighten the sway bars?

You just jinxed it.
Eating is good. I'm about to have some pie and ice cream.
You can doublecheck tightness of the anti-sway bars. but it shouldn't change when you put the vehicle on the ground. If you had it jacked up level and put it down on level ground, nothing should change. Both ends of the bar will move together. It's what they do.
