ok, questions:

what size/type coils are you running?

are you just doing a 2 link with a track bar?

The coil are Jeep Cherokee 6 inch Skyjacker coils. They extend a lot more then a Ford coil and let you do this.

The arms will be a Jeep style radius arms. Two lowers and one upper off the drivers side lower just like the Merc.

Got the upper arm in this morning. Spent the day with my wife Yesterday for Mothers Day so didn't make any progress on the truck.

Now I just need to get the track bar and steering done and she will be ready for a test drive. Steering should only take me a hour or two once I get the track bar done. That will take me a 3-4 hours since I need to build a axle truss to do the high mount track bar.

Also need to snag a F150 pitman arm since they are flat and will give me a nicer drag link angle. The drop pitman on the truck now is not going to cut it.

Truck sitting on all 4. Can't wait to put the 35s on it. Tires are 31s I keep for rollers.

Track bar and steering done! I got started on the truck after lunch just finished about 30 mins ago. And I had company stop by. Made pretty good time anyway.

As you can see I ditched the drop pitman arm and threw a F150 stock arm in.

When I get to this point I just wanna keep working on it. But the boss came home from work so I called it a day. :D

Have not got them mounted up yet. Might have time later this week get them mounted. Still need to do the brakes and do the 8.8 perches. And need to figure out the shocks. Plus the truck still needs to have the tranny fixed it only has 1st gear. I still have a lot to do. Going to try and get more done tomorrow.

Pitman arm came out of 84 F150. But I have used one out of 90 and 94 they are all the same. Just needs to be stock TTB F150.
