I watch sever You Tube videos on what to look for in an at-home pressure washer. I did not want a gas powered device as they are very noisy and one more item to maintain. I selected this Sun Joe unit and had it shipped for free from Sam's Club. I think it was about $145. Here in AZ many of the homes have cement block fences to keep the desert critters out. I had messed up and got some red spray paint on the back wall. Grafitti removal spray did not work so I thought this might do the trick. Holy Moly, did it ever! I ended up creating craters in the blocks and had to cover them up with some metal wall art. No more red paint though. This thing is powerful.
Should do a great job on my vehicles! There are several nozzles that come with the unit and there is one for vehicle washing that is much more gentle.
I have used it a few times now but made a few mods. I bought a foam cannon and a 1.1mm orifice to go with it. I also bought some special foam cannon paint from Chemical guys. It now works great and dispenses a sheeting wall of foam which is very thick and gets rid of grime. Then I used the medium strength nozzle to rinse it off. You can find the soap, foam cannon and nozzle on Amazon. Look at some reviews first though to see what will work for you.

I really want to get a power washer... and I really don't want another gas powered machine to maintain... at least at this point.

Fathers day is gone... maybe for my birthday.

I just stick my thumb over the end of the hose and make engine noises when I need to pressure wash stuff...

I have right at 100psi of water pressure in my lines. I rarely need much more than that. I had to put a pressure regulator on the house to keep from blowing lines. Had no less than 5 leaks in the 10 years before I finally put the regulator in.

I do have a small electric pressure washer as well. It does ok, but it's not a replacement for a good gas powered unit for larger jobs.

I have one of those washers in the top pic. I rarely even use the gas powered one anymore. The different tips really help out.

Just remember to use the pump protectant and antifreeze on it if you live in a climate that gets below freezing in the winter. A lot of people encounter a cracked pump housing because they didn't do that and a replacement is almost as much as a new unit. The procedure is easy just follow the directions on the can.
