I am hearing a popping sound when I turn left but only when going fast enough for the body to rock. When I turn to the right after this happens is makes a grinding sound like it's moving back into place. Any ideas on what this could be?

my coil springs pop all the time because they arent in the groove theyre supposed to be in on the lower control arm(stock arms have tabs to keep the coil spring from moving)
might want to check that

My vote says rear cab brackets ( specifically the drivers side rear ) are rusted through and the bushings are falling through the brackets. The noise you are hearing ( and probably a little knock in the drivers side floorboard ) is more then likely the cab flexing out on the frame in a rocking motion and bottoming on the frame or support member. If they are bad they will eventually destroy the front brackets as well from the constant rocking at starts and stops as well as turns.
