My credo
Crossed threads are tight threads.
Finding my Cam synchro was a PITA because it is discontinued. I ended up going aftermarket, which lasted about 200 miles, then tracked down a NOS motorcraft unit on fleabay. So I've done my Synchro twice lol. Old parts were ceremoniously tossed in the trash.

Ron D I'm going to run those tests after work and will post results pictures. I know the other day when I "blipped" the engine that I went from 16-0-20 in Hg respectively so I'm guessing the exhaust is not the problem. Also because I took the CAT off and cleaned it the other weekend so I'm 90° certain that it's not restricting any airflow. Also last night when trying to track down a vacuum leak I can hear coming from the back of the manifold (any ideas where) I noticed that one of my fuel injectors connectors wasn't even plugged in??!? Would that cause a CEL? I would like think the computer would realize it has no communication with an entire I jector and also that it's not firing at all?

Here's all my #s at idle. Jumps around between 750 and 825 at idle. Right around 17 in Hg

MAF sensor is way off, at idle(800rpms) 3.0l engine should be 3.3-3.7 G/S, 4.0l engine 4.3-4.7 G/S

General rule of thumb for MAF is 1 G/S per liter of displacement at 500rpm
So 6L engine would be 6.3-6.7 G/S at 800rpm, and you don't have a 6L engine, lol

Throttle sensor should be 16-19% when throttle is closed, not a big deal, but 23% is wrong at idle

O2s seem to have no voltage, all are 0v, so none of the % are reliable

Fuel system A "CL-Fault" usually means computer can't do Closed Loop, from data shown it would most likely be from O2 sensors lack of feedback

Temps look fine
Spark timing is fine

Based on what Ron said, I'd look at the MAF sensor. They do get drty/go bad. Mine have more than once.
And the symptoms vary but all the same: truck runs, but like crap...and usually no CEL either.

Try key on engine off and look at MAF sensor data, should be 0 G/S of course

both TPS and MAF use the same reference voltage. a quick voltage check may be in order.
