ok guys, looked on the forum, scoured the internet. There is a plastic piece on the brake pedal that is a stopper and cruise activation. Well, I broke it. Where the heck do I find a replacement?? I can't seem to find the part at all.

Are you talking about a little round bumper?

Honestly, not sure if the Ranger uses that as I've never had a need to look at it, but I know my Kia and some other vehicles have that. If so you should be able to find a replacement at the local auto parts store. Might not be listed specifically for the Ranger, but they are almost universal.

It's a rectangular plastic piece. Can't find it in any exploded views, but I believe I need it for cruise control. When you let off the brake pedal it comes up and presses a switch up above

I've never seen that part before, but I've never worked on cruise control either.

It looks like you have most of it. Maybe time to find someone with a 3d printer?
