I'm not sure of the OD of the bushing... but the early Rangers used 9/16" front bolt and later Rangers used a 5/8" bolt.
Are you having issues finding spring bushings?
Here is a table I saved with spring assemblies... not sure it will help with your question... these part numbers are for complete spring assemblies.
