hi im looking for members in the area
looking to do a 98 ranger 2wd slam and brakes
and well could meet up too
maybe at car shows and whatnot but ya im looking to put cobra brakes all the way around as well as posi and slam it and all that good stuff this year and well 5.0 in the winter months
I am a disabled vet but can wrench just fine

ya i know where butler is im from beaver county umm ya im looking to do posi i don't even know whats on there but one tire will just spin ill just get mine welded i think idk for sure if i even can get it welded and i figure if i brake it ill already have a v8 in it i hope anyway idk then ill get a fresh rearend built for it but ya i will be pulling a trailer need disc brakes now its either swap for a explorer that has posi and disc ill do that if not i want to put cobra brakes all the way around need to find parts thou like i could even go get a cobra parts from the pick and pull if i can and wash and paint them up too and would probably save me big too idk im just trying to have as many parts in the bed before i make it undriveable and it will be taking up a lift but it should all go quick the biggest thing was working and saving up some cash for this project i need to find someone with the knowledge about all that good stuff

I'm fairly good with rangers. I have a 2000 converted to 2wd and a diesel swap that I am currently working on.

The explorer swap is easy. I got a kit from ruff stuff that came with everything I needed to put it in the ranger.

Nice ya limited it is 95 01 explorer got disc brakes too I think I'm set for now hardest thing is finding a fresh cobra at a pick and pull

I grabbed one off a 96 explorer sport.

A fresh one is hard sometimes.

found a 97 5.0 explorer might be doing axle swap and just holding on to explorer until winter hits and swaping everything then

Like I said, I used the ruff stuff kit and t works nicely. Super easy axle swap
