The house is ours but we aren't going there for a little while, family is watching it.
We decided to finish the MA House first, put it on the market and sell it, then move across country.
Less plane travel and once done here, we are finished.

Putting all of my time in the MA house, new plastic trim, power wash the deck, clean and make the back hard look a little better, way too much to do.

Four leaf bags of shredded paper so far, funny how things pile up.

This is a stick frame of the new shop.
32 wide x 36 deep, more of a old shed design than a barn.

Here is the new outdoor kitchen...

Seeing those pics I might have to look for a job out that way. With my current profession I'm sure I can get a job there, I'm just not sure I can handle the summer months. I'm an aircraft mechanic and a lot of our work takes place outside in the heat. Georgia is already hot enough for me during the summer, not sure about those temps you're talking. I do have the option of the associates degree I just finished, IT Professional, I'd just have to take a major pay cut to move into it at which point I'm not sure I could afford to live there.

Yes it is hot but the humidity is low so you do not feel so hot.
I have been there at 80 to mid 90s and although I feel the heat, which I like, I didn’t realize the temp was so high.
