Passenger side coolant leak

Hey everybody, I have been flushing my coolant and cooling system every week with a chemical flush and now i have a pretty intense coolant leak coming from the passenger side of the engine bay. The leak is coming out of this plastic looking part that coming out of the firewall right where I believe the heater core is in the cabin. I have a new heater core I plan to replace because when I turn on the heater the air feels moist and it smells like coolant. I just want to check all my bases.

condensation drain??? if the heater core leaks coolant drops to the bottom and goes out thru that drain.

If you have AC then WATER will come of a plastic hose on the firewall, middle but towards passenger side
As said above its condensation, from AC evaporator

But could be coolant if core is leaking
1994 and earlier heater cores are easy to change, just 4 screws in the cab and the 2 hose clamps in engine bay
