Was in the process of switching out my coils and found lots of rat poop. Rats been shittin all over the area between the coil box and the part i need to id that is circled light blue. There is some kind of small air hose they chewed up that routes from the part circled in blue to under the coil box and to the back of the engine. I need to figure out what that is and replace it. Seems like the same harness also goes to the black cylinder in the bottom of the image. Thanks.

Also i was curious what this thing is... a filter or some kind of regulator? looks like i need to replace the tubing going to it.

First picture is of your fuel lines. So the vacuum line that has been chewed is going to your fuel pressure regulator, which is just out of sight in that picture.
