Not a Ranger aliment but make sure your women know the ovarian cancer warning signs. My wife of two years, Liz, was struck out of nowhere last July (2020 of course) with ovarian cancer. This is called the "silent killer" because it is usually stage 4 before there are any symptoms. A past hysterectomy may not be a pass as the ovaries are not always taken.

Luckily after 18 chemo treatments and surgery, Liz is now declared cancer free!
