Where do y'all buy yours? If you buy any...

I need some more 45acp brass, been looking online and everywhere is sold out I think. Must be the "scare" going on with the government and stuff.

If y'all have any 45acp brass and wanna sell it, let me know.

Make sure you destroy the primers good so you don't get caught up in anything. :icon_twisted:

Hell I would be shoveling it left and right of I could. Last I knew a few weeks ago market value of brass was $2.50 a pound and you could probably be selling it for more than that.

If you know where their are any UN OFFICAIL shooting ranges or just places people sling lead out in the woods they can be a goldmine. Ive seen old gravel pits where people been shooting for 30 years chalk full of brass.

only one's I know of, the owners keep all the brass. That's part of his "price" to shoot out there. Smart guy really.

Well hopefully you will find a source. Most folks up here in Alaska have enough stocked up for at least two wars.:icon_thumby:

Buy? We don't buy. We go to the public range, pic up every empty shell we can find, and sort it all out later.

Our ranges sweep the brass and do something with it. Idk if they reload or sell or what. But they get it all. They get pissy with you if you pick up any brass other than your own

I had 60-odd pieces of 50BMG brass with mid 60's headstamps.

I mentioned on another forum that I'd found it and there were half a dozen guys in a bidding war for it before I even admitted that I was willing to sell it.

The guy who now owns it payed me $140 for it, I have no idea why he wanted it so bad
but he put his PayPal where his typed words were...

I traded some reloading dies I wasn't using for about 1500 rounds of once fired .40 brass from a guy on a local forum. I buy my 10mm brass new though. I shoot it hot enough that I only use new brass, the used stuff is saved and will be used for weak loads at some point.

Local gun forums are a great resource.
