im moving to ohio around first of year. WhaT laws and I looking at when comes to amount of lift and full width axles on a ranger? Will truck be street legal with full width?

I think as long as it looks like you are trying (get fender flares) then you are ok. Around where I live there are a TON of lifted trucks and most of them have deep rims on a full size truck you would sear 6" of tire sticks out past the truck. Ohio is pretty laid back unless you are in Columbus area. Then you need to watch out for scammers and thugs... I seen more people get pulled over for a license plate light than tires sticking out too far. I can't think of anyone I know that has been pulled over for their truck being "too big". We got a lot of rednecks around here with trucks with BIG AZZ TIRES that drive them as daily drivers. Theres a guy I see all the time in a expedition with 44's. Talked to him one day when he stopped in and was just jaw dropped with the size of the tires for his daily driver. Here's one I saw the other day actually. Its a biggun'

Stay away from columbus, dayton, and cleveland you wont have any issues.

its not my daily. just a toy but would like to drive it on street if I had too. I will be around the Findlay area. Thanks for help. couldn't remember if legal there or not. I know some states its not

Most states really just want the fender flares covering the tires, and the bumpers not above a certain height. Even then as long as your not an obnoxious jackass most police don't give a crap. Not that I'm from ohio... just a general observation throughout most of America.

In PA there are height restrictions at both ends, but it is really about making sure you're not going to put a bumper into someone's windshield, or under someone's car.

Your tires have to be inside the body, or flare line, and flares can't be more than 3 inches. in my experience that one is largely ignored because they keep changing the rules.
