This is awesome, I want one :D

I'd be careful running too much boost-it will overheat the engine in the long run.
Even with a modified rack the stock injection pump only puts out enough fuel for 14psi of boost
An EGT gauge is like $75 and tells you just exactly how much room you have for fueling, they're great.

Sorry it's been awhile since I have been on.

I have really not gotten anywhere. I've been busy with house work (new place)

I have some body work done but winter has shut me down


Here is a latest pic.


It's a bit of a mess, have not had a chance to button it up. But it's in! That is all that matters hahaha
Once I get it running I will be fine tuning the boost/fuel. I plan for a full assortment of gauges and egt is one.


Once I get it running, we will be talking! Hahaha

That would be a fun one! Banks turbo in the future?



I wanna do like a diesel street truck. Just something different. I autocross and track cross with my other project. So kinda keeping with the street theme.

If this engine propels the ranger like it did the car I pulled it out of. It's gonna be a rocket ship.
